I do think it's a publicity grab. I'm not a doctor but I think deaths from hepatitis are pretty rare. I could be wrong though, I've just never heard of it is all.
Even if she's not dead in 10 years, she may as well be, as her boobies oughta be about knee-level by then.

The whole reason deaths are rare is because most people see a doctor and get treatment. She has one of those fake doctors giving her homemade crap instead of medication and that is why she is probably going to die.

On a more hopeful (if unlikely) possiblity, maybe this will convince Hot Chicks that dating disease-infested rock stars isn't such a good idea. They should date regular guys like me.

Hep C, is way more common than people know and forms of it can kill you, no matter what your doctor does. I feel bad she's sick, it can become terribly painful. That's being said I thopuoght she was pretty a long time ago, I think she looks worn out now. She needs to take a break or something.
